We want you to love your VANTEL purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from any marks, stains, perfume or other signs of use

Please make sure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

HOW TO RETURN

To return your order, please create a return label through our PostNord return portal:

Once your return label has been created, follow the instructions provided and drop off your parcel at a PostNord service point.

Please keep your receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return meets our return conditions, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The original shipping cost is not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order through our website.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at Vantelstudio@gmail.com before returning the item.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT

Items returned outside the return period or not meeting our return conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
